Terri & Matt’s Old Town Bluffton and Hilton Head Engagement Session {Hilton Head and Bluffton, SC Engagement Photography} (Updated!)

Matt actually proposed to Terri during a photo session on a cruise. (I’ve seen the pictures, and it was adorable!) It’s really hard to follow something that cool! We had two goals with their engagement session: 1) Give them something different from their proposal session– it was more sleek and sexy, and the inspiration Terri gave me for our session was more warm and fun. 2) Incorporate their puppy Shadow into some shots to show their whole family. We started with a couple of spots in old town Bluffton and then progressed to Dolphin Head beach in Hilton Head Plantation. In spite of some traffic and equipment malfunctions, I think we achieved both of those goals and more. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding in October! Update: We decided to go out and do a few more shots in Hilton Head. It was a stormy evening, but we made that work for us. I moved those most recent pictures to the top of the post. Check ‘em out!
