Christan & Colin’s Alhambra Hall Wedding {Charleston, SC Wedding Photography} Part I

Christan and Colin are travel nurses, who are currently on the West Coast. Which means they work long, irregular hours and were in a timezone three hours behind me for most of their wedding-planning. You would think that would make it impossible for us to connect, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Christan is extremely personable and organized. We had one lunch together with her mother, mother-in-law and sister, which was all I needed to know how sweet and fun she is. It took only a couple more phone calls to make a great plan for her wedding day photography. Rain threatened all day long, but as you will see, this bride and groom rocked a shoot under those stormy skies and never felt a drop. Christan and Colin’s wedding was like an awesome, rustic Pinterest board brought to life. Seriously, if you have mason jars and dried flowers somewhere on your “Dream Wedding” board, prepare to be jealous.
